Delivery area and shipping costs

We offer free shipping within South Africa. Available delivery options are shown at checkout.

Delivery timeframe

Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days from the date you place your order, including order processing and shipping. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery may take longer due to public holidays, courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery details

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. If you need to correct your details, email info@metriforce.co.za as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, please email info@metriforce.co.za with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue. For damaged items, include photos where possible.
